Hi guys,
First of all I sincerely apologize that I haven't posted in a while. I'm working two full time jobs at the moment which is really killing me. Therefore I honestly don't know how much time I will have writing here. The coupon that I posted in the last post really went to hell, didn't it? I guess I should have went safe on it as Virtus Pro really dominated Fnatic in this match. It was a pain in the ass watching, haha. I guess it's not the easiest thing getting started with eSports betting, but I'm loving it so I'm gonna keep going and see where it'll take me. I've found some more betting strategies that I'll try out to see how that goes. I think I'll also start bonus betting and take advantage of all the bonus offers out there, instead of just sticking to one site. Right now I've mostly been playing on Bet365 and I definitely like it there, but other sites offer a lot of attractive bonus offers which I think could boost my bankroll a lot. Hopefully I'll manage to make a post every now and then, but I kinda feel more dead than alive right now. All the best from the other side //Mike

Hey guys,
ESL One Genting is starting in a few days which is the first Malaysian ESL One event ever held. Bet365 is currently offering odds on the first matches being played and I noticed that Fnatic was given a 4.33 odds against Virtus Pro. As you may know, Virtus Pro changed there line up about half a year ago since they had miserably failed to deliver any results. Their team is a lot strong now, but with that being said I highly doubt that Fnatic (which is a also a strong team) only have a 20% chance to win this (which the odds are reflecting). I would give fnatic at least 33% to win this so I will definitely place a bet on them and could highly recommend you the same. I'll probably place more than one bet, but the first one will be 20€ on the following: Virtus Pro vs Fnatic (2 at odds 4.33) Digital Chaos vs Excecration (1 at odds 1.22) Wings Gaming vs WG.unity (1 at odds 1.33) This gives me a total odds of 7 (4.33*1.22*1.33) and a potential winning of 140€. All the best //Mike Seeing as Dota 3 has arrived, I figured I'd make a little post about this. For you who are not as familliar with Dota, there is no Dota 3, but a major patch note (7.0) was released recently and with all the changes that were made people are sarcasticly claiming it do be Dota 3. You can click here to see all the patch notes.
I must admit that my first impression of it was really, really bad. They completely changed the interface which for me, who are used to the old one was really confusing. They also made things like damage and armor of a hero harder to see. With that being said, having played quite a bit of matches now, I'm starting to get used to it, but I don't really understand why they changed it because it's definitely not better. On a more positive note, they implemented a skill tree which is actually a great addition. This means that every hero now has their own skill tree where they at lvl 10, 15, 20, 25 can choose a total of 4 out of 8 different buffs to their hero. This adds another element to the game and the possibility to counter the enemy team more easily. They also implemented a total of four healing spots throughout the map (with a cooldown) which is nice as you don't have to run back to the base as much. When it comes to the pro teams and betting, most teams actually seem to have been adapting quite well to all of the changes and my betting results doesn't seem to have been affected. The major difference right now on pro matches is that they are more intense and ends faster. Speaking of betting results, I'ma try getting a few tips up on matches shortly. All the best //Mike What an amazing year for eSports betting. It's been filled with amazing events and huge price pools - which is just the beginning. Experts says that 2017 will be even bigger than this fantastic year!
Just imagine the price pool that we will see next year, the hard fought battles the teams have ahead of them. The preparations and the dedications they need for it! For me it will be an amazing opportunity year to practice my betting knowledge, this year my spreadsheet says I'm up €563 from betting alone which for me is an amazing achievement. The system I'm following predict a good profit so it's more or less a matter of time before it will pay off. And I'm glad that i stuck with it all the way. I will try a few other strategies next year to see if I can increase my profit, even to experiment a bit with bet sizes and different eSports bookies. Every factor counts and nothing should be overlooked. You see, find a good esports bookie, or a few if you really wanna go for it. Check who has the best odds for the particular match you wanna bet on and work your way forward. Don't forget to see if you can get any kind of bonus before you start. Sometimes you get a free bet or risk-free bet which have an unbelievable amount of value if used correctly. So make sure to check your email and all the newsletters from the sites you've registered with. And, make sure to add your numbers to your spreadsheet, and for your own sake, don't sheet. Did you have a beer and slipped in a bet or two? Just add it! You will get an honest picture of your betting and can from here easily change strategy or push harder depends on how its goes. Knowledge is king. Welcome to the world of dota 2 betting! |
